What I Do: 

In keeping with the demand of my friends on the island who were heartbroken to hear that I had sold my shop, I started catering breakfast and doing "foodie baskets".   I still do my "mile high quiche", fruit trays, cinnamon rolls, egg strata, sausage rolls, derbies, all the things that made my shop an experience not to be missed, and I still do it with the love and excellence that you and I expect of myself.

 I do cookie bouquets, giant celebration cookies, all occasion cakes, wedding cakes, brownie boxes, cookie boxes, fudge and chocolates, muffins, giant filled cupcakes, always beautifully packaged and if it's here on the island, I'll deliver it .

  I love to create beautiful and fabulous tasting foods and treats.  It's one of the gifts God gave me.
